Last updated June 2026. This notice covers the MySigner website and the early-access waitlist. There is no MySigner app or hardware to use yet.
Who we are
MySigner is a sign-language communication project. For questions about your data, email privacy@mysigner.ai.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we store only:
- The email address you enter.
- Whether you checked the consent box to receive early-access email.
- Your language preference (for example "en"), taken from your browser, so we can write to you in a language you understand.
- The date you joined and which page you joined from.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
To tell you when early access opens and to share occasional progress, only if you checked the consent box. Your consent is the lawful basis, and you can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Until early access launches or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. If you ask to be removed, we delete your address promptly.
Who we share it with
No one. We do not sell or share your email. We will only ever use it to contact you about MySigner.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email we send, or email privacy@mysigner.ai to be removed.
- Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
Children
The waitlist is for adults. Please do not submit a child's email address.
